Nutrition Supplementation and your BUDGET$$$

Let’s face it, we’re on recession:-( gas prices are at record high, home foreclosures left and right, and unemployment haven’t made much progress..etc. I know its quite ironic for me to write about this when I own an online retail store that sells nutrition supplements. If anything I should be persuading everyone to buy more supplements, but I understand that besides working out in the gym/bodybuilding we all have our own lives to live and bills to pay; so consider this as my stab on how you could minimize your expenses on Sports Supplements.

  • Try to eat Real Food as much as possible and use protein or mrp supplements only if you have to use it. and just because its not a name brand i.e. Muscletech, EAS, Cytosport doesn’t mean its not a good product; you could actually save anywhere from $5-$10 from using ‘abc creatine’ versus Muscletech Creatine.
  • Get to know your body and see which supplement works best for you; why keep on using creatine when you know you don’t feel or notice any difference from it just because Mr. Buff guy in the gym swore up and down that “it works”
  • If you decide to go to a retail store near you instead of buying it from bodybuilding4everyone.com, try looking in the clearance isle first. There is nothing wrong with these products!!! Their cheap because their about to expire. And chances are you would’ve finished this product way before its expiration date; just think about it for a second - average servings is about 30 and usually ask for 3-4 servings per day. So bottom line is your getting good product for alot less!!!
  • Check major grocery stores for specials such as Safeway, Vons, Rite Aid…etc they usually have good sales…
  • And last but not least, if you don’t have a set goal don’t bother buying any supplements that you think will help because chances are you won’t use it!!! And you just wasted your hard earned money :-(

On an ending note….. a lot of you may know about these money saving tips already, but I just want to have it out there as a reminder - Thanks You :-)
